How do I determine my correct hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about 1cm above your ears using a soft measuring tape. Compare your measurement to our size guide; if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up and using our adjustable internal bands.
What is your shipping policy within Australia?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat rate applies. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my hat if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for exchange or store credit on all full-priced items, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my wool felt hat?
To maintain the shape and quality of your hat, store it on a flat surface or hat hook. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust in a counter-clockwise motion. Avoid getting your hat wet; if it does get damp, let it dry naturally away from direct heat.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use 100% natural wool, organic cotton, and recycled materials. Additionally, for every hat sold, we plant ten trees through our partnership with trees.org to help regenerate the environment.
