At Will & Bear, we want you to love your new hat, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Package Your Item
Carefully place your hat back in its original shipping box to ensure it maintains its shape and arrives back to us undamaged.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the box, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.
Processing & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
